Blackpink’s Lisa becomes the new face of Louis Vuitton
Lisa is no stranger to ambassadorship: The Blackpink member was named a global ambassador for Celine in 2020 and also became the face of MAC Cosmetics that same year, and on Tuesday she was named the newest face of Louis Vuitton, adding to her long list of accolades.
“We are incredibly excited to have Lisa as our house ambassador,” said Nicolas Ghesquière, artistic director of Louis Vuitton’s women’s collections. “She has a bold spirit and charisma that I find so appealing. She is as bold and creative in music as she is in fashion, and it’s an honor to have her with us on this journey.”
K-Pop singer Lisa appeared at the LV Fall/Winter ’24 show in Paris in March, hinting at a potential collaboration. It’s been an exciting summer for Lisa, who released her first solo single in three years, “Rockstar,” last month, which peaked at number four on the Billboard Global 200.

Laura Dern sells clothes at Vestiaire for charity
We’re in the era of celebrity closet sales, with stars from Jenna Lyons to Chloe Sevigny clearing out their wardrobes and giving priority to their fans. And now, Laura Dern is getting in on the action, and her sale is for a good cause.
The Big Little Lies star has partnered with luxury resale site Vestiaire Collective to host a charity sale to benefit Planned Parenthood, the nation’s leading sex education and reproductive health resource organization.
Dern has been an advocate for sustainable clothing throughout her career, and this latest move is further proof of that: the Oscar winner will be donating 10 designer pieces from brands like Gucci, Stella McCartney, Oscar de la Renta, and The Vampire’s Wife.
To promote the sale, Dern posted on Instagram: “In support of reproductive freedom, I’ve donated several outfits from my closet to @vestiaireco to help raise funds for @plannedparenthood. Vestiaire Collective is also donating to @plannedparenthood. Follow the link in our story or profile to shop the outfits at @vestiaireco. Everyone deserves health care free of shame, stigma and bias. #BansOffOurBodies.”
