New Era has been focusing on womenswear this year, launching a new lifestyle line and supporting fashion collections.
With this first offering, the brand aims to pave the way in the lifestyle clothing market by leveraging sports influences across a broader range of everyday wear. The first category, under the brand’s own label, offers a timeless interpretation of sports-inspired pieces, combining crop top and shorts sets in bright pastel tones and incorporating a vintage-style script logo.
In typical New Era fashion, the collection launches with the introduction of the new 9FORTY women’s Active Cap. Featuring a unique open back, the hat blends classic style with functional design for a versatile look. The new cap launches alongside an updated version of the more casual 9TWENTY cap, which also introduces a similarly bold colour palette to the clothing range.

Meanwhile, its second category, MLB, will kick off with two inaugural collections. Boasting a refined design aesthetic, the Sports Specialist collection focuses on easy-to-wear pieces such as leggings, lightweight tops and shorts. In this collection, the brand will capitalize on its association with iconic baseball teams such as the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox by embellishing garments with preppy prints.
Rounding out the womenswear debut is the MLB Womenswear Fashion Lifestyle Collection, a selection of trend-forward styles featuring tracksuits in a seasonal color palette of rich browns, lilac and neutral browns, paired with oversized baseball-inspired tops.
