Leather jackets are known for taking women’s fashion by storm in the ’70s and ’80s, and now they’re back and more stylish than ever. When asked to picture a leather jacket in their minds, many people tend to have a narrow vision of the clothing item. However, leather jackets are extremely versatile and come in a variety of styles, many of which have recently gained attention.
If you want to create a vintage vibe, consider purchasing an aviator leather jacket. This style of leather jacket has a voluminous look and these days is often lined with faux fur or shearling. This look will keep you warm and fashionable during the colder months.
On the other hand, you can also adopt a more “rebellious” look with a biker leather jacket. This style tends to feature a pronounced collar and lots of zippers. When asked to imagine what a leather jacket looks like, many people will think of this style. Because leather jackets are considered “classic”.
You can also keep it casual with a bomber leather jacket as it provides a more relaxed look. I bought the Abercrombie Cropped Vegan Leather Bomber Jacket when it was marked down from $140 to $50 (as of this week, it still is!). One of my favorite items this season. It has a slightly boxy shape that goes well with both light shirts and thick sweaters.
