International Fashion Festival Porto Montenegro showcases exclusive experiences and high-end fashion
Designers from Paris, Milan and Dubai showed their work in Montenegro over the weekend, attracting around 1,200 attendees to the 6th International Fashion Festival Porto Montenegro.
Throughout the festival, various designers, including Faith Connection, Tiziano Guardini and Ezra Santos, presented their collections in unique and sophisticated ways. Singer and DJ Johanna Nicole performed at Faith Connection, eco-designer Tiziano Guardini spoke, and Filipino couturier Ezra Santos presented ethereal gowns on the runway with the help of his assistants.
Jenny’s creative director, Sara Cavazza Facchini, at her second participation in the festival, highlighted Montenegro’s importance as the fashion capital of Eastern Europe.
Angelo Zuccara, Regional General Manager of InterContinental Hotels Group, stressed the importance of organising a fashion-centric event, in line with the festival’s aim to highlight luxury and glamour in Montenegro.
Sustainability was also a focus at this year’s festival, with Tiziano Guardini calling for considerate production practices and consumer awareness of the planet’s fragility.
Designers like Boris Kalik and Ezra Santos were enthusiastic about the international recognition they received from the festival, highlighting the beauty and inspiration they found in Montenegro’s architecture and culture.
