It was created after the merger in May. After the merger, PFRL was renamed Aditya. Birla Fashion and Retail Co., Ltd.

The company’s Van Heusen innerwear, athleisure and activewear has established itself as India’s most innovative and fashionable brand. ABFRL’s foray into the branded ethnic wear business includes brands such as Jaypore, Tasva & Marigold Lane.
