The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de Mode has published a tentative calendar for spring/summer 2025, with 70 shows and 38 presentations scheduled. Weinsanto kicks off the week on September 23rd and Louis Vuitton closes it on October 1st.

One of the most anticipated shows this week will be Alessandro Michele’s runway debut for Valentino. The designer joined the Roman house in March and presented a surprise resort collection on the last day of Milan Men’s Week in June. Chanel will hold its first ready-to-wear show since Virginie Viard’s departure in June, and Dries Van Noten will show for the first time without Van Noten. Both collections will be designed in the respective houses’ studios.

Not on the schedule were Maison Margiela and Givenchy, the latter of which has yet to name a creative director since Matthew Williams stepped down in December, and Off-White, whose creative director is Yves Kamara, is scheduled to show in New York.

New York-based Gabriela Hearst will bring her eponymous line to Paris for the first time since spring 2021, while Ludovic de Saint Sernin will return to its home base following last season’s New York show. Y/Project will also return to the schedule after cancelling its autumn/winter 2024 show in March. Sean McGeer and Tsemena Kamali will both present their second collections for McQueen and Chloé.

New additions to the schedule include LVMH Prize finalists Niccolo Pasqualetti and Alain Paul.

Coperni, known for his viral shows, will perform an unscheduled show at Disneyland Paris on October 1st following his Louis Vuitton show.
