NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. — Runway shows with all the glitz and glamour of New York Fashion Week came to Westchester this week, but the models were far more interested in feasting than fame and fortune.
While it may have had the chic vibe of more prestigious style events, this raucous event had far more crowd enthusiasm and cheers than your typical stuffy runway event.

All this high fashion fun was part of the new “Clinton Park Summer Series” sponsored by RXR, and this time around there were water dishes and milk bones instead of champagne and canapes, but there was plenty of intrigue and drama unfolding in the square.
One model shamelessly tried to ingratiate herself with the celebrity judges at Gentlemen’s Lab, a grooming studio, while another was meant to practice her runway walk but was clearly fascinated by the free treats available to attendees at the Casa Loma cafe.
In the end, there was no scandal and both participants were judged to be “good kids.” Yes, they were good kids! Yes, they were good kids!

In the “Best Owner/Dog Duo” category, for dog and owner in matching or complementary outfits, “Evie” and her new Nova were the overwhelming winners.

The one with the cutest outfit, “Dayroll,” was chosen as the next top model, much to her owner Lisa’s delight.
The “Most Funny Costume” category was won by Asal and his owner Zhara.
The winners didn’t let the accolades get them down, and there was no shortage of tails wagging as the DJ continued to play and the after-show party got into full swing.
