Apparently, hot sex is one of the hedonic perks of becoming a parent in your early 20s, according to a new study into young people’s satisfaction in bed.
“Gen Z parents are dominating the bedroom, outdoing their childless peers,” study author Cassi Bruno said in a statement.

“A staggering 79% of Gen Z parents report having truly mind-blowing sex in the past three months,” the study revealed. “In contrast, only 45% of child-free Gen Zers have actually engaged in the act.”
“Even millennial parents are lagging behind, with only 74% saying they feel happy in their bedroom.”
But enjoying blissful sex isn’t just a perk of youth.
Instead, researchers found that people with families feel more stable and secure in their personal lives, which makes sex a better experience.

“Contrary to the common belief that kids ruin relationships, Gen Z parents are turning the tables,” Bruno points out. “They feel that the presence of children actually strengthens and improves their relationships.”

But the find isn’t all that surprising.
The loneliness pandemic is affecting single people around the world.
The World Health Organization has even declared loneliness an “imminent health threat” and that it poses as deadly a risk as smoking up to 15 cigarettes a day.
Young singles in New York are trying to combat the curse by starting niche clubs to create community and romantic connections.
“We host a three-mile single run every Wednesday,” Runge Run Club founder Steve Cole, 28, previously told The Washington Post.
Inviting fellow friend-seeking friends to join him for a few laps along the West Side Highway not only expanded Cole’s social calendar, it also opened his heart to love.
“Finding that special someone is now my number one priority,” the athlete said, adding that he feels less lonely since leading weekly jogs.
“I met a really great girl,” Cole said. “I’m so excited.”
