Tech billionaire Elon Musk has been trending on social media after posting an AI-generated video of world leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, US President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin, walking down a ramp in futuristic outfits.
“The time for the AI fashion show has come,” the SpaceX CEO said in a post on X, which has been viewed 35 million times.
The over one-minute video shows PM Modi, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden, Donald Trump, Barack Obama, Pope Francis, Tim Cook, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Nancy Pelosi, Xi Jinping, Justin Trudeau, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Bernie Sanders, Bill Gates and Elon Musk walking down the runway.
The video begins with the Pope walking down the runway in a down jacket and holding a cross. Next comes Russian President Vladimir Putin, who struts down the runway in an iridescent, off-the-shoulder dress emblazoned with the Louis Vuitton logo. US President Joe Biden is in a wheelchair and wearing a camouflage suit, an apparent nod to the 81-year-old leader’s age.
Elon Musk is seen in a futuristic Tesla-themed suit, while convicted former US president Donald Trump is seen in orange prison fatigues and wearing handcuffs.
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta and often seen as Musk’s rival, walked the runway in a lizard skin suit.
Modi wore a vibrant patchwork outfit complete with a parasol and white shoes, while former US President Barack Obama wore no less than 14 outfits.
The video ends with Microsoft founder Bill Gates holding up a sign that reads “Runway of Power” as the video cuts to a blue screen of death (BSOD), mocking the recent Microsoft outages that have affected the world.
