Last Friday, Part 2 of Simone Biles Rising arrived on Netflix. Following the phenomenal success of the first two episodes (released in mid-July), the release of the rest of season 1 was highly anticipated. Now, followers and fans can watch episodes 3 and 4 of the documentary series, which includes footage of world-class gymnasts in the lead-up to the Paris Olympics.
To celebrate the release, Simone Biles herself traveled to Los Angeles to attend the premiere at the Egyptian Theater Hollywood. Currently in the middle of the Gold Over America Tour, a world tour of gymnastics, the impressive athlete couldn’t afford to miss out on the celebration. And she couldn’t afford to show anything other than her best style.
At the event, the 27-year-old hit the red carpet wearing a sheer maxi dress that put her own stunning spin on the latest fashion fad. Biles wore a stunning gown that featured a floral-print strapless corset and a sheer black billowing skirt. She accessorized her dramatic look with a simple diamond necklace and matching tennis bracelet.

In addition to posing on the red carpet, Biles also showed off her flawless figure on stage at the premiere. She and director Katie Walsh participated in a Q&A on the theater stage as her fellow Gold Over USA gymnasts (among others) looked on.
Biles has been non-stop this year. In the spring, she returned to competitive gymnastics and was busy securing a spot on the Paris Olympic team. She has now officially qualified for her third competition, which will be held in Minneapolis at the end of June. After that, training for the international tournament began in earnest.
Of course, we all know how her trip to France ended. After suffering a “twist” at the Tokyo Games and taking a break from competitive gymnastics for several years, her performance in Paris was highly anticipated. And, as usual, Biles made a comeback.
Now, she shows off her gymnastics skills to audiences in cities across the country. And in the midst of it all, she’s attending a documentary premiere in the best of style. (Well, it only premiered once, but you get what we mean).
That said, we’re thoroughly impressed with Biles’ gymnastics skills, poise, mental health advocacy, and impeccable sense of style. Of course, this is not a new phenomenon, but it is no surprise that it keeps repeating itself.
