The first 100 days of Trump 47 failed, focusing on unprecedented implementation of LGBTQ targeting

Before returning to the White House 100 days ago, Donald Trump was already the most anti-LGBTQ president in US history with his name. His first administration was undermined by arguing and losing in the US Supreme Court for its right to discriminate against LGBTQ employees. Sign laws that suppress discriminatory protections against LGBTQ contractors. Deploying federal agencies to exclude and discriminate against transgender people seeking unfounded, grounded transgender forces. And hundreds of other actions.

The first 100 days of his second administration were strengthened by the agenda provided by Project 2025, a plan to advocate for the federal right-wing acquisition led by the Heritage Foundation, a conservative Christian perspective, opposition to LGBTQ rights, restrictions on freedom of breeding, and plans to advocate for Christian privileges of other faiths.

“The beginning of this administration has made its aggressively uncovering non-American agenda that has volatile economics, threatened individual freedoms and censored accurate information and history,” said Sarah Kate Ellis, president and CEO of GLAAD.

Glaad has recorded at least 255 attacks on LGBTQ people in policy and rhetoric since Trump took office on January 20th, increasing to 224 overall over the past nine years.

Among his first official acts was to sign executive orders aimed at transgender people, spreading harmful and inaccurate rhetoric that ignores the existence of intersex people and gender-diverse people over the centuries.

President Trump too:

Other important positions that appoint an anti-LGBTQ advisor to his cabinet and celebrate the identification of transgender students have eliminated the protection of LGBTQ people in federal policies. Army engineers with Enola gay and gay surnames have sought to eliminate two dozen words from external communications such as “female,” “disabled,” and “elderly.” The March Congress included 1,500 words, including 1,500 (8 minutes) targeting LGBTQ people, and the statement appeared near the top of his historically long speech at the 15 minute mark. In contrast, Trump focuses on work and affordability. For just nine seconds, he was employed, particularly for bringing federal workers back into the office. Despite the loss of courts that blocked illegal attempts to retain funds for hospitals and healthcare providers, the Trump administration continues to spread inaccurate and inflammatory rhetoric about the essential health care of transgender people, including adding “disclaimers” to health and human services websites. The administration has been ordered to restore data and other accurate scientific information about HIV and LGBTQ people to CDC, FDA and Health and Human Services sites. It continues to unfounded threats to criminalize care providers who prescribe long-standing best practice care to young people and adults. All major medical associations support the health care of transgender people and young people. Statement here.

For now, maintain the rule of law

Additional executive orders regarding LGBTQ people have been blocked in federal courts as unconstitutional and obviously discriminatory. Sara Kate Ellis, president and CEO of GLAAD, said, “LGBTQ organizations, alongside their allies, worked through courts to support the Constitution and protect the fundamental right of all America’s worth. Security, the success of everyone they serve.”

U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes issued a blocking nationwide interim injunction for a transgender military ban, deeming it possible to undermine national security and calling it “animus immersed.” The Trump administration has been unable to provide evidence to support the allegation that being transgender is at odds with his ability to serve, but he is suing a decision before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, the Department of Defense announced that it will continue to provide medical care to transgender service members.

Additionally, the ACLU reports:

Executive Order to End Innate Citizenship: Executive Order to Restrict Gender-Affirming Health Care for People Under the age of 19 Blocked Enforcement Order to Expand Fast Truck Deportation Without a Legal Process: Executive Order sued to halt asylum at Borders: Policy banning federal enforcement orders to ban accurate Pastex enforcement orders in the territory of the federal government attacks our country’s constitutional commitment to equal protection of all Americans, as it is based on irrational bias against transgender Americans. ”

The threat of illegally withholding funds to schools that support diverse students was also blocked, and the judge said “the threat is not guaranteed and the plaintiff’s rights are profound imports.”

The ACLU also filed a lawsuit on behalf of students going to school at military bases that banned recognition of cultural awareness dates such as Pride Month, Black History Month, Women’s History Month and Hispanic American Heritage Month.

Additional research:

LGBTQ and allied legal groups filed at least 22 people and counted complaints against the Trump administration’s executive order. Within hours of signing Wisconsin voters, this sent a clear message to the administration and its biggest donor, Elon Musk, rejecting anti-trans campaign ads and texts, and elected Susan Crawford to the state Supreme Court. LGBTQ and allies have moved to protect basic freedoms and rights, blocking harmful and illegal enforcement actions. Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, and dozens of allies AG have stopped illegal attempts to ban essential health care for transgender people, end illegal and destructive actions from the so-called doge, and end illegal and destructive actions to halt the illegal impossibility of taxpayer data and privacy. All Democrats voted to block measures to advance the ban on harmful sports for transgender people. All but two Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives voted against the House’s ban on sports. Montana House Republicans joined the vote to reject harmful measures targeting transgender people and their families. GLAAD has documented the LGBTQ records of Trump appointments to key positions, including Marco Rubio (Secretary of State), Pam Bondi (Attorney General), Pete Hegseth (Secretary of Defense), Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. (Secretary of Health and Human Services), Doug Burgum (Secretary of the Interior), Sean P. Duffy (Secretary of Transportation), Linda McMahon (Secretary of Education), Douglas Collins (Secretary of Veterans), Christy Noem (Secretary of Homeland Security), John Ratcliff (CIA Director), Lee Zeldin (Eco-Protection Agency Administrator), Tarsi Gabbard (Chief of National Intelligence), Elise Stefanik (Ambassador of the National Lineage), Mehhmet oz for Medicaid and Medicaid servers for Medicaid and lolline vaute agriculture) Dean John Sauer (Attorney General), Brendan Kerr (FCC), Lori Chavez Demer (Secretary of Labor), Hermeet Dillon (Chief of Civil Rights), and Kari Lake (American Director).

See it over the next 100 days:

The Supreme Court decision, including Skrmetti, which may have broad implications for best practices for transgender people, takes pride in the praises that mandate the current scope of preventive care for LGBTQ comprehensive books and the exclusion of public education Bladewood people for coverage needed for HIV preventive medications and other preventive health insurance.
