It’s not often that I stumble across something that leads to a beauty review, but here it is: Fenty Beauty’s new Glitty Lid Shimmer Liquid Eyeliner arrived on my desk a few days ago and I was curious to see what it was like.
This eyeshadow comes in two shades, Litzy Rose and Boozy Bronze, and since I have green eyes, I was curious to see what the bronze would be like as it would look great on blue and green eyes.
I whipped it out, did a little doodle on my hand, thought it looked great—it was sparkly, and the bronze hue was a warm tone that complemented the eyes—and then I didn’t think about it again for the rest of the weekend.

Over the past few days, I’ve been showering every day (obviously), cleaning up my messy bedroom, washing my hands frequently, and all the other things I do in my daily life.
Well, readers, the eyeliner is still there and it’s even more sparkly. Let’s be honest, Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty has worked some kind of magic with this eyeliner. Let’s take a look at the two shades side by side.

Just how beautiful these two shades are! The photos in this beauty review don’t do them justice. In person, they are so shimmery and beautiful, it’s hard to put into words.
The eyeliner is priced at €22 and the entire Fenty Beauty collection has recently arrived at Brown Thomas and I am 99% sure that these are part of a wider collection exclusive to the store, so I don’t expect this eyeliner to last long or even forever, but I could be wrong (I hope not).

The point of this beauty review is that there are very few liquid eyeliners that will last four days of shine through your daily routine, including washing your hands, showering, and everything in between. Of course, if you’re using it as part of your makeup, you’ll want to remove it with micellar water or makeup remover.
But because it’s such a durable eyeliner, I thought it would be a great option for people who get teary-eyed and can’t wear eyeliner, or for weddings where there might be tar involved. For all these reasons and more, this beauty review is giving Rihanna’s new eyeliner a lot of praise.
