Urban One announced that Eddie Harrell Jr. and Deon Levingston have been promoted to co-president of audio. Mr. Harrell, who is based in Cleveland, joined Urban One in 2011 as vice president and general manager of the Columbus facility. He then moved to Cleveland and served as Regional Vice President, managing the Cleveland and Cincinnati markets.
Levingston has served as regional vice president and general manager in Indianapolis since 2016. His experience includes serving as General Manager, President, and SVP/Market Manager at YMF Media and Emmis Communications in New York from 2004 to 2016. At Radio One in Indianapolis, he held various positions from 1998 to 2004, including local sales manager, sales director, and market manager.
