Summer is in full swing and it’s amazing! The days are getting shorter so I’m enjoying the sunshine while I can. Today I’m doing a little test run on Amazon and I think there’s something for everyone.
Small try-on from Amazon – textured t-shirt and wide-leg jeans

Dresses aren’t for everyone, so I wanted to include a pair of jeans in today’s post. These high waisted baggy jeans are slightly distressed and will fray at the bottom the more you wash them. They’re stretchy so they’re comfortable to wear. They don’t get baggy like some jeans can, and I love the wide leg and cropped length.
I paired this shirt with a very cute green textured t-shirt. It has dolman sleeves and a crew neck, but it’s the textured pattern that makes this shirt stand out. The shirt is more comfortable than you’d expect for the price and has a nice weight. I’m wearing a large, but a medium might have fit better. If you’re in between sizes, I’d recommend sizing down as there is quite a bit of stretch in the upper body. The photo below shows the length of the shirt when untucked.

We know that not everyone is retired or working from home, so we wanted to incorporate work appropriate attire for those who work in an office, and for the rest of us, this outfit can be worn to lunch, shopping, meetings, church, etc. It’s not just for the office.
Striped midi dresses are incredibly figure-flattering. They made me look smaller when I held them up, but the material was stretchy and didn’t cling to any fat or stray flesh. I ended up going out to dinner with my husband earlier this week, and since we were eating outside, I threw on a light cardigan.
The Rebecca Minkoff Leather Tote is the perfect work “briefcase” as it can fit a small laptop or tablet. It looks extremely sleek and is very well made. If you’ve ever purchased a Rebecca Minkoff bag, you know what I mean.
The necklace and bracelet are new from Kendra Scott but are already my favorites. I don’t normally wear flat chain necklaces but this one is so pretty. My daughter has caught my eye on it so I need to be careful not to miss it or it might get lost. Lol.
Amazon Small Try On – 2 Piece Short Set
Two-piece V-neck shorts set (medium)
I started off with an outfit from Pretty in Pink so I’ll end with this one too – it’s a super cute short set that you can wear anywhere – it’s not too dressy or tight or hot and is perfect for a relaxed day at home or on the go.
The set is 100% cotton and I’m wearing a size Medium. I haven’t washed it yet, but the reviews say it doesn’t shrink. The set comes in a variety of colors and I think the sky blue and navy are great choices.
