When the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returns this fall, fans will likely see plenty of familiar faces on the runway, but one big question remains: will Behati Prinsloo return?
The 36-year-old model makes her grand return to the brand after a six-year hiatus, reprising her role in the new dream campaign alongside fellow Victoria’s Secret veterans Candice Swanepoel and Taylor Hill (who has also walked in numerous Victoria’s Secret fashion shows). Could this be her return to the runway as well?
Prinsloo has not yet revealed anything.
“You see it,” she told People magazine exclusively, hinting at whether she’ll spread her wings and strut down the runway again this fall.

“Honestly, that show was always so much fun,” she said. “I have such fond memories of the whole thing, and I think that show was a highlight for everyone, and for the audience too. It was so much fun.”
Prinsloo walked in 10 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows during her career with the brand, from 2007 to 2018. Her shows ranged from New York to London, and her early outfits ranged from gold angel wings to low-rise sweatpants and wedge heels.

The mother-of-three says it’s been “inspiring” to see the brand evolve in recent years.
“I was really curious to see how they would bring the show back and keep it true to VS but make it fresh and new and different and inclusive,” she says of the return of the runway show.

Victoria’s Secret canceled its show in 2019 after receiving backlash over a lack of diversity. Last year, the brand relaunched it as “The Tour,” a livestreamed show featuring many familiar faces, including Gigi Hadid, Naomi Campbell, and Adriana Lima. Though it featured more body diversity than the brand’s past runway shows, some fans miss the real experience of seeing Victoria’s Secret models walk the runway wearing angel wings.
Prinsloo noticed too, telling People magazine: “A lot of people [the runway] They want to come back and do something different. They want to make up for what was missing the year before, but still have that 2024 feel.”

When Victoria’s Secret officially announced the return of its fashion show in May, the brand posted on Instagram, “We read the comments. We listened to you. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is ✨BACK✨ and will reflect who we are today plus everything you know and love: the glamour, the runway, the wings and music entertainment. Stay tuned…it’s only going to get more iconic from here.”
Prinsloo fully agrees that the show is “iconic” and says he has many iconic memories from the show over the years.
“I look back and think, wow, what an iconic moment … and the girls!” “It was such a fantasy, so it’s so cool to bring it back and see how they bring it to life … everyone is watching in anticipation,” she says.
