Celine Dion is a living legend. Her triumphant performance at the 2024 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony, her first return to the stage since revealing her struggle with Stiff Person Syndrome, reminded us all of her icon status, even though she was dressed for the role even before she took the stage.
On Friday, the singer ditched her French-girl style for a logomania-inspired look that was reminiscent of the ’90s. Dion was spotted leaving her hotel wearing a matching tan Dior set that included an oversized V-neck pullover and loose track pants. Both pieces sported a repeating pattern made up of the luxury brand’s logo and featured navy and white racing stripes.

Dion accentuated the retro vibe of her ensemble with chunky white lace-up sneakers and a pair of geometric black cat-eye sunglasses. Her hair was slicked back in a bun, adding an extra sporty touch to her look. Overall, her outfit was comparable to those often seen in the WNBA tunnels, and accordingly, she went all out for her winning performance, delivering a stunning rendition of Edith Piaf’s “L’amour.”

While the tracksuit was the biggest Dior nod, it wasn’t the only look Dion wore from the French brand at the Olympics. Earlier this week, she greeted fans in chic Parisian style by pairing a collared black shirtdress with see-through Dior slingbacks. She also wore a beaded, fringed gown provided by the brand for the big stage. After all, Dion and Dior are practically the same name, and both have solidified star status around the world.
