Speculation is rife that Blake Lively may be launching her own beauty brand.
There’s a new Instagram account that the actress is following called “Blake Brown Beauty.” The new account currently only follows Blake.
The page contains just one photo of a woman, who appears to be a 36-year-old actress, with her hair tied up and adjusting the collar of her leather jacket.
The gold logo on the page is a hexagonal logo that is reminiscent of Blake Lively’s beverage line “Betty Boos” and “Betty Buzz” branding, and it also looks like a makeup palette or bronzer.
The name Blake Brown Beauty is believed to be derived from Blake’s real name, Brown, while her stage name, Lively, comes from her father, Ernie, who used the name Lively in his work as an actor.
The rumor was sparked by her cameo appearance as Lady Deadpool in the hit film Deadpool & Wolverine, in which she played a female version of Deadpool, played by her husband Ryan Reynolds (47).
She previously spoke about not succumbing to beauty trends, but finding what works for you.
“I think it’s important to find what makes you feel good,” she told E! Insider in 2016. “I would look at magazines and find styles that I liked and try to copy what everyone else was doing, but it didn’t make me feel good. So as long as I stick with it and it makes me feel good, that’s fine.”
