NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) – Throughout Monday’s time frame, skies are expected to be mainly sunny with minimal moisture potential and unseasonably warm temperatures. Sometimes the wind blows. In addition to very dry moisture, the fire risk will increase again in the short term. This pattern looks set to end by next Tuesday and Wednesday as we finally get more moisture and cooler weather.
Sunday will be even warmer with sunny skies and highs in the lower 70s.

Monday will be warm with mostly clear skies and highs in the low 70s. Tuesday will be cloudy with a chance of afternoon showers. Windy and cool, with highs near 72 degrees. Wednesday will be cloudy with a chance of rain before 1pm and temperatures will drop further. Highs in the low 40s.

It will be sunny on Thursday. Friday will be sunny and breezy with a high near 63 degrees. Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high near 62 degrees. Next Sunday will be partly cloudy with a high near 58 degrees.
