Anushka Sharma is the perfect example of ‘healthy and flawless’ skin, but if you’re wondering how she does this exactly, the actor once explained how she keeps her skin looking young. I’ve talked about maintaining a good appearance. In a 2015 interview with Vogue India, Anushka shared her beauty secrets. Anushka said that while the right skin care products go a long way in giving glow to the skin, hydration and proper diet are equally important. When asked about her skin care regimen, the actor replied: “I try to do simple but effective things to keep my skin healthy and flawless. I drink a lot of water. I also believe in eating right. You are what you eat It’s also important to use the right products: sunscreen lotion, moisturizer, and cleanser are my go-to products for skin care.And I always remember to remove my makeup before bed. ”

“Always use both shampoo and conditioner.”

Anushka also revealed how she keeps her hair “flexible, shiny and healthy”. she said: “One thing I’ve learned from all the hair experts is to always use both shampoo and conditioner every time you wash your hair. And two, use products that do all the heavy lifting for you. Choose products that focus on healthy hair.”For me, that’s the new Pantene. With each wash, my hair feels stronger and more manageable. ”

The actor added that a fitness routine is also important and said that exercise is important not only to be fit and healthy but also to be reflected in your skin and hair. Anushka said she is “very particular” about her workouts and never misses a workout, even when filming. The actor said he was “more into weight training and strength training.”
