There’s no denying that 2024 is the year of sports. From the high-profile Men’s EuroCup to the eternally chic Wimbledon tournament and, of course, the Paris 2024 Olympics, which are well underway, sport has officially become part of our daily lives.
So when sportswear like team football jerseys started appearing on trendy Gen Z moodboards, items like tennis, handball and football sneakers officially became wardrobe staples. At the same time, track pants can be easily styled with kitten heels and blouses at the office or beyond depending on the style set, tennis core has become a trending hashtag across social, and sportswear has officially entered the realm of fashion.
