Tyra was one of the stars who attended the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City on October 15th. The Grammy Award-winning singer took to the runway during the show, performing a medley of songs from her debut self-titled album.
Models took to the catwalk at the first Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after a six-year hiatus, and while the singer brought some life to the runway, it also attracted a lot of media attention. According to Launchmetrics, Tyra generated $2 million in media impact value through four social media posts. Blackpink’s Lisa, who performed on the runway twice with Tyra, generated $1.6 million in MIV per post. Overall, the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show generated $304.8 million in MIV. That’s about the same amount as last September’s New York Fashion Week, when designers presented their spring 2025 collections.
Tyra appeared on the red carpet ahead of her performance on the runway at the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. For this occasion, Tila took inspiration from the brand and wore a pink dress by Salifu Barta.

The glamorous dress featured plenty of sultry cutouts, a staple of Tyra’s red carpet style. The dress also featured a flowing train.
Tyra accessorized her look with show-stopping open-toe heels, a diamond-encrusted choker and stacked rings.

After a six-year hiatus, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returned to New York City on October 15th. The fashion show was broadcast live on Prime Video and Victoria’s Secret’s YouTube, Instagram and TikTok platforms. Former Angels like Tyra Banks, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio and Taylor Hill took to the runway, along with newcomers like Paloma Elsesser and Devin Garcia. Blackpink’s Cher and Lisa appeared as the night’s musical guests, along with Tyra.
